What is the default master password and can I change it?
The initial master password is set ‘1234’. It can be changed according to the user manual
If the battery goes flat, how do I open the door lock?
There are 2 ways. First, you can use a 9-volt battery to charge up the door lock at the 9-volt contact point to power up the door lock. Then you can use your card, password or fingerprint to enter. Alternatively, if you are using a mortise type door lock, you can use the given mechanical keys to unlock the door lock
How many cards and keys will I receive?
The standard mechanical keys given are 5. There are 3 types of cards: RFID Card, Handphone sticker and Handphone key tag. You will receive 2 of each type of card.
How long do the batteries last?
Using 8 batteries, 9 ~ 10 months for 10 per day usage. It can be shorter or longer depending on the usage.
Can the lock still operate if there is a power failure?
Yes, The lock operates standalone on batteries so a power failure will not affect its operations.
Is the lock waterproof?
No. Although exposure to a minute amount of water is harmless, the door lock is designed to be used indoor or under the shelter.
Why is my fingerprint not detected by the sensor even after I have registered it? What can I then do?
Firstly, the may occur when the fingerprint is positioned differently as compared to when you register it. For the fingerprint to be detected, the difference must not to when you register it. For the fingerprint to be detected, the difference must not exceed a certain tolerance. Please try again with different fingerprint positions.
Secondly, due to genetic differences lines so the system may have difficulty detecting the fingerprints. If that is the case, the person can the password or the emergency key to open the door.
What will affect the door lock and its performances?
* slamming of the door may cause impacts and damages the motherboard in the door lock, and such actions will not be covered under the warranty. Customers are advised to install a door closer as prevention.
* battery leakages in the battery compartment may affect the motherboard too. Remember to inspect your battery compartment every 2 to 3 months.
What are the symptoms of motherboard malfunction?
Alarming of unknown melody intermittently, very rapid draining of batteries and problems in locking and unlocking mechanisms are some common symptoms of malfunctioning motherboard.

The worst shopping experience ever. The sales (young lady) has an attitude problem. Not customer orientated at all. We have to keep asking her questions then she replies only when she wish & keep looking at her hand phone. And the tone is like we owe her millions of dollars. We r not a difficult customers, we are prepared to make purchase of 2x digital locks and 3x toilet doors on the day of visit, not saying that we are making big purchases but this type of attitude will just chase all customers away. End up we walk off. That will definitely be our last time to step into ur store. Hope the management can look into this. Fyi: We went down to ur store on 19 Dec around 4plus 5pm. The following day, we went to another store and made our purchase directly.

(1) was not informed of the availability of door viewer (out of stock) (2) miscommunication on the installation of digital lock on the gate (3)During the day of installation, got to know that no one is helping me on the wifi setting.. have to arrange my schedule again for the door viewer installation plus the wifi setting for my digital lock..

We have being sourcing for a main door and gate for our house for a Long time . We weren’t sure about whether we should take fire rated door or non fire rated. To be honest we have being surveying around for awhile till I came pass a post that has being shared by one of my friends . I signed a deal with Fanny before the CONVID-19 circuit-breaker to have my main door and gate replaced with digital locks. During the process, Fanny was very patience and helpful in guiding me to make my decision on choosing the type of door, gate and locks for my house. Due to the circuit-breaker, my installation was put on hold an during that period, Fanny has been updating me constantly of the situation until the circuit-breaker was lifted. She then rescheduled my installation to the earliest available date and have everything done to my satisfaction. Jerome and Ah Cheng did the installation for me and both of them were very experienced and professional in their job.
