I got one installed on my fire door and it’s legit, When the sales person told me that, I was like no way lah this thing so small. But sure enough, after the installation the lock still worked flawlessly, i still didn’t how good is this as a fire rated lock, but overall features are superbb.The best part is, the low battery warning. It actually beeps at you like 3 times when the battery powah dropping already. At least with the beeping, I’ve got plenty of warning to run swap the batteries. Overall a perfect product!

As because of my Friends recommendation i bought this model , TBH The lock body is so compact, it fits correctly into my existing fire door frame. No extra cutting or modifications. The team came and bolt it in place, connect the spindle to of the existing handle trims and done. I’m really glad I spent the extra $$ on this Hafele fire lock for a better precaution against fire. Lock itself is built like a rock, I know it will last for a long, long time because its from a famous brand Hafele. Can’t recommended it enough lah for any fire door.
