Go Digital Lock Trade-In Program

Our Terms & Conditions

1. The Go Digital Lock Trade-in Program is offered by Go Digital Lock. Customers must already have an installed smart lock that is suitable for replacement to join this program.

2. A “Smart Lock” refers to a digital or smart door lock currently installed on a door. It may be working or defective. The Go Digital Lock installer will remove and collect the old lock on the installation date.

3. Trade-in means a direct replacement. The new lock will be installed using the existing holes from the old lock. Trade-in is usually recommended for locks with the same locking type. Changing to a different lock type (e.g. rim to deadbolt or deadbolt to mortise) is allowed only if the installer confirms it is possible.

4. Trade-in is not applicable if the old lock is removed from one address and the new lock is installed at a different address.

5. The trade-in discount is non-transferable. It cannot be used to buy additional products such as doors, gates, or accessories. The discount cannot be extended, and additional smart lock purchases are not considered direct replacements.

6. The trade-in promotion cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions unless stated otherwise.

7. Go Digital Lock Shop reserves the right to delay, put on hold, or cancel the installation or order under the following situations:

• Incorrect or false information provided for the trade-in, including no existing digital lock found on-site.
• Customer refuses to surrender the old lock at the time of installation.
• Customer requests installation on a different door than what was declared during purchase.

8. Any last-minute rescheduling or cancellation by the customer will require payment of an ANI (Arrive No Install) fee of $50.

9. If the installer discovers that the existing lock is a mechanical lock instead of a smart lock, no trade-in discount will apply. The customer must pay the full price of the smart lock on the same day before installation can proceed.

10. The Company reserves the right to change or end this promotion at any time without prior notice.

11. This promotion is only available at Go Digital Lock Shops in Singapore. Installation must be carried out within Singapore.

12. This program is open to customers aged 18 years and above.

13. All brands of digital or smart locks are accepted for trade-in.

• $50 discount for digital rim or deadbolt locks

 For mortise locks:

• Trade-in of the same mortise model: $100 discount
• Trade-in of a different mortise model: $50 discount

14. Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore.

15. Reservation of Rights and Remedies: Go Digital Lock Shop reserves all rights and remedies available under the law or equity.
