Terms and Conditions

Digital Locks are warranted for defects in materials and workmanship, including repairs and services within 24 months from the date of purchase.

Doors and Gate are warranted for defects in materials and workmanship, including repairs and services within 12 months from the date of purchase.

The customer checks the product and invoice then keeps a proof of delivery and purchase for warranty claim.

Go Digital Lock Pte Ltd has the rights to reserve the warranty claims according to the terms and conditions

  • Do not use rechargeable batteries or mix new batteries with old batteries.
  • Use only Alkaline Batteries for Digital locks
  • Change batteries every 6 months to prevent batteries leakage.
  • Install door closer to prevent your door from slamming, otherwise, warranty will be void.
  • Digital Locks has been repaired, altered, or dismantled by any other person that is not a technician or employees of a Go Digital lock.
  • Any damage not caused by manufacturing faults.
  • Any damage caused by improper maintenance.
  • Any signs of abuse or misuse of the Digital locks, Doors and Gate like broking, scratching and overloading etc.
  • The outer structure consists against damage, scratches and aging.

The customer must present the proof of purchase(invoice) or delivery note when making a warranty claim, with the following pre-conditions and not limiting to:

  1. Contact the Go Digital Lock Pte Ltd showroom sales team at +65 87828818 / 87828816 / 87838818 to provide more information and specific problems.
  2. Based on the inquiry, our sales team will arrange for the appropriate action to take place.
  3. Go Digital Lock Pte Ltd will arrange our technical team to visit the customer place and inspect the supposed defective product depending on initial stage of examination with the necessary documents submitted by the customer. Request of images on the specific problems is necessary to provide the initial examination of the case.
  4. Our Showroom Sales team will inform the inspection result and make a necessary action, if the products are eligible for a return, or send new products if the products qualify for a replacement within warranty period the receipt of the goods subject to the replacement schedule of new or same product from us.
