Go Digital Lock Trade-In Program

Our Terms & Conditions

1) Go digital lock Trade-in Program is a smart lock trade-in program offered and provided by Go Digital lock. Customers who want to join this program must have an existing smart lock installed that is applicable for replacement.

2) “Smart Lock” means a digital door lock or smart door lock that is currently installed on a door. Smart lock can either be a working set or defective set, and Go Digital lock installer is expected to dismantle & collect back on the scheduled date of installation.

3) Trade-in is referred to as direct replacement, hence new lock is to be mounted on the existing holes that comes from the dismantled smart lock. Trade-in is usually recommended for locks with same locking mechanism. Converting to different lock type (E.g., rim to deadbolt or deadbolt to mortise) is allowable, as long as installer confirms job can be done.

4) Trade-in does not apply to customers who require dismantling and collection of old digital lock and installation of new lock replacement located in two different addresses.

5) Trade-in discount is not transferable. It is also not valid for use to purchase additional products such as door, Gate and accessories. Discount cannot be extended, also, any additional purchase of smart locks will not be deemed as direct replacement.

6) Trade-in promotion cannot be in conjunction with any existing discounts or promotions, unless otherwise stated.

7) Go Digital lock Shop reserves the rights to postpone/on-hold the new lock installation or cancel the purchase order in the event of the following:

– Misdeclaration of information regarding lock purchase under trade-in. Installer will need to report immediately once discovered that there is no existing digital lock found on-site.

– Customer does a last-minute decision not to surrender the existing digital lock as installer prepares to mount the new lock replacement.

– Customer guides installer to install on a different door rather than what has been declared during the point of sale.

8) Last minute rescheduling or cancellation by the customer will require customer to pay ANI (Arrive No Install) fee worth $50.

9) If the installer finds out that customer’s lock is not a smart lock but it is a mechanical lock then the customer will not be given any discount on replacing the mechanical lock with a smart lock and accordingly the customer will have to pay full price of the lock. (on the day itself)

– Full price of the lock to be paid before installation/installer can even get started with the job.

10) The Company reserves the rights to change or terminate this promotion without prior notice.

11) This promotion is exclusively available in Go Digital lock Shops in Singapore. Smart locks are to be installed within Singapore only.

12) The Programme is open to all customers who are at least 18 years of age.

13) We accept any brands of digital lock or smart lock that was being used.

– $50 discount will be given to any digital rim / deadbolt lock.

– $100 discount will be given to any model of digital mortise lock.

14) Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.

15) Reservation of Rights and Remedies. Go Digital lock Shop reserves all rights and remedies available to it in law or in equity.
